Responsibilities
- Managing and converting inbound leads — potential restaurant and retail partners who have already expressed interest in working with Wolt.
- Qualifying and prioritizing leads, conducting remote sales meetings (and occasional market visits where needed), presenting Wolt’s value proposition, negotiating commercial terms, and closing partnerships efficiently.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Merchant Services, and Account Management to ensure a smooth transition from signed deal to onboarding.
- Supporting the ongoing success of newly acquired partners by ensuring proper setup, alignment on expectations, and strong initial performance.
- Managing a high volume of inbound leads and maintaining a healthy, fast-moving pipeline
- Quickly identifying high-potential partners and prioritizing efforts accordingly
- Conducting structured sales conversations focused on conversion and speed
- Negotiating partnership terms, including commissions and commercial conditions
- Closing deals against ambitious sales targets and KPIs
- Ensuring seamless handover to onboarding and account management teams
- Supporting existing partners when needed with ownership changes or commercial updates, following internal processes
- Continuously optimizing your sales approach to position Wolt as the partner of choice
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or other customer-facing roles.
- You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner
- You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced environment
- Persistent and natural ‘hunter’ with a drive to build a portfolio from the ground up and find new angles to overcome different bottlenecks, not giving up easily
- Building relationships is your second nature - you can build relationships and tailor the offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters
- Structured - you are good at managing your time and pipeline to reach the goals.
Nice to Have
- Experience with any CRM tools is an advantage
- Experience within the retail or Horeca industry is a plus, but not a must
- Fluent in Kazakh and Russian, both verbal and written, ability to work in English (but not a must)
