Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients via networking, cold or warm outreach, and lead follow-up.
- Identify and secure qualified contract and permanent job opportunities.
- Achieve or surpass established Gross Profit and placement targets as defined by leadership.
- Sustain healthy Gross Profit margins through market expertise and effective client negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to assess job requirements and place consultants successfully.
- Remain informed on evolving trends in supported industries and technology domains.
