About the Role

This position is responsible for generating new sales opportunities by reaching out to prospects, identifying customer needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the buying process. The representative will use data-driven tools and insights to prioritize outreach and support the broader sales team in closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly lead engagement targets
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner
  • Educate prospects on product capabilities and benefits

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Adapt messaging based on feedback and market response
  • Support the sales team with prospect insights and context
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Handle objections and provide relevant information
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy policies
  • Coordinate with customer success for onboarding handoffs
