McCain is hiring an Infrastructure & Fleet Development Coordinator - E-Mobility, Commercial Vehicles (m/w/d) to lead the electrification of our commercial truck fleet across Europe. You will own the strategy and execution, from developing infrastructure concepts to managing the full vehicle lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Plan, control, and optimize the procurement and delivery of electric trucks.
- Develop and manage charging infrastructure from initial installation through full operational integration.
- Manage the entire vehicle lifecycle, including leasing contracts.
- Maintain accurate data in the fleet management system and generate monthly reports.
- Act as the central interface coordinating between procurement, sales, operations, and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial apprenticeship.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in truck fleet management or e-mobility.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Clear communication, analytical thinking, an independent and solution-oriented work style, and strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Further training as an industrial master in road transport (Industriemeister Kraftverkehr).
- Specific knowledge in infrastructure, leasing, or vehicle rental.
