About the Role
Design, build, and maintain infrastructure projects using modern cloud and coding practices in a collaborative engineering environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with your assigned team to design, build, test, and maintain your intern project from concept to completion
- Create and update documentation for software development workflows, standards, and best practices
- Advance your technical skills by learning from experienced engineers
- Engage with diverse stakeholders across and beyond your team to deliver high-quality results in a fast-moving setting
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with expected completion between 2027 and mid-2028
- Residing in Australia or New Zealand
- Hold valid work authorization in Australia or New Zealand
- Strong foundation in computer science and object-oriented programming principles
- Proficient in writing code using Python, Go, or Java
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Knowledge of various testing methodologies
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and growing as a technologist
- Interest in exploring and applying AI tools to enhance development efficiency
- Available to participate full-time in a 12-week program from early December 2026 to late February 2027
