Accenture is looking for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for our production and development environments. You will engage directly with configured services across multiple platforms, resolving technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of critical hardware and software systems.
What You'll Do
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite.
- Deliver hardware and software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.
- Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting for basic and intermediate level technical issues.
- Assist in implementing technology at the operating system level across server and network infrastructure.
- Contribute in providing effective solutions to work-related technical problems.
- Work independently and grow into a subject matter expert for key systems.
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with SUSE Linux Administration.
