Accenture is hiring an Infra Tech Support Practitioner to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will work directly on configured services across multiple platforms to resolve issues and ensure operational stability.
What You'll Do
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) for configured services running on various platforms.
- Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
- Perform L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
- Work independently to become a subject matter expert.
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the implementation of technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas.
- Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- 15 years full time education.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SUSE Linux Administration.
