PAR Systems is looking for an Information Systems Support Specialist to be the frontline IT resource for our employees. You’ll provide technical troubleshooting and support, solving problems hands-on and virtually for hardware, software, networking, and telephone issues.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary IT interface for employees onsite and virtually.
- Ensure teams have the tools and resources to meet customer needs.
- Perform hands-on and virtual technical troubleshooting for workstations, printers, hardware, software, networking, and telephone issues.
- Perform initial triage of technical problems.
- Act as an investigator in the tier-one problem resolution process, interacting with employees to determine next steps.
- Resolve simple to complex issues for end users.
- Escalate issues to tier two or three support when needed.
