Vacationinc is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to own the strategic vision and hands-on execution of our influencer program. You will be responsible for identifying cultural insights from social platforms, translating them into inspiring creative briefs, and driving both creative excellence and advertising performance. This remote role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and is central to building Vacation® into a household name.
What You'll Do
- Define the overall influencer marketing strategy and build best practices across partner identification, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly implement a fully integrated strategy.
- Lead contracting, deal creation, and agency relationship management.
- Allocate budgets effectively to support key brand moments and business objectives.
- Lead the identification and management of influencer relations.
- Partner with the Community Manager on integrated execution across product gifting, celebrity partnerships, and events.
- Manage 1:1 relationships with key influencers who deliver consistent results.
- Monitor campaign creative performance and identify winning creative patterns.
- Use learnings from A/B testing, platform insights, and analytics to inform future briefs and relationships.
- Build and share influencer performance reports with actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain creative testing frameworks balancing brand storytelling with performance efficiency.
- Lead the cultural strategy process, from uncovering audience insights to writing sharp, inspiring briefs and creative hooks.
- Analyze platform trends, consumer research, and performance metrics to identify creative opportunities.
- Translate insights into simple, actionable creative direction and develop clear hypotheses for creative testing.
- Stay attuned to cultural and social trends to ensure our storytelling remains fresh, relevant, and distinct.
- Write compelling creative briefs and lead creative kick-offs to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to ensure ideas are strategically sound and creatively engaging.
- Guide creator content to align with the brand's tonal identity and maintain consistent creative quality across all touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in digital/social media, creative strategy, brand planning, or performance creative strategy.
- Proven success developing and executing creative strategies that drive measurable results across paid and organic channels.
- Experience working as part of a fully remote team.
- Experience working with Motion, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Seller center.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented in your work.
- Assertive in your communication style.
- Excited to grow Vacation® into a household name and have fun in the process.
- You use sunscreen.
