At Meadow, we are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first, compassionate voice families hear. In this fully remote role based in LATAM, you will guide people through meaningful conversations about cremation options, helping them make one of life’s most important decisions with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Handle warm inbound calls and close them end-to-end using Meadow’s consultative playbook.
- Guide families through our cremation options and deliver unmatched hospitality in every interaction.
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email so families can make confident decisions.
- Hit revenue targets while maintaining strong close rates and high quality scores.
- Navigate a multi-tool workflow with ease.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A confident, empathetic communicator who explains clearly, listens well, and excels on the phone.
- Self-driven seller motivated by both impact and performance; emotionally steady and highly coachable.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a consistent follow-up rhythm.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs like Salesforce or Zoho.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling in high-trust spaces such as insurance, healthcare, or travel.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
