Extra Space Storage is looking for a remote Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will directly assist Ohio customers by understanding their storage needs and reserving the best unit for them over the phone.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that fits their individual needs.
- Deliver amazing customer service to inbound callers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Ability to connect with customers over the phone.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work some weekends.
- Must reside in the state of Ohio.
