ArborMetrics Solutions is seeking an In Transit Security Specialist to join a rigorously trained, elite team. This role is central to ensuring that High Value High Security shipments meet exacting customer standards for security and compliance throughout transit.

What You'll Do

Protect cargo integrity by rigorously applying established In Transit Security Processes.
Proactively create solutions to process breakdowns while communicating updates to the customer.
Communicate and coordinate across all business units to maintain shipment integrity.
Carry out all necessary data entry and confirm key milestones (departure, arrival, PODs) using Mcleod and other systems.
Monitor security through multiple systems to enable quick responses to customer requests.
Ensure all paperwork, including temperature downloads, pictures, and PODs, is documented for customer delivery and billing.
Manage risk with an extensive focus on security best practices and protocols.
Handle escalations concerning suspicious activity related to customer freight.
Update customer portals based on specific customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

Two or more years in security, compliance, and/or customer service.
Three years of logistics experience.
Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Advanced knowledge of the supply chain industry, including regulations and customer requirements.
Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
Extreme attention to detail.
Experience with conflict resolution.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams.
An analytical approach to problem-solving.
Self-confidence, motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to understand and communicate drivers’ temperature requirements, mileage, and hours of service.
Able to work in the office 5 days a week, with availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
