Manage the flow of global trade as a key contributor to logistics and compliance in the TURCAT region. In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end import and export procedures, ensuring all documentation meets legal standards and shipments move efficiently across borders.
What You’ll Do
- Handle shipping documentation with precision, aligning with current trade legislation and customs requirements
- Maintain regular communication with local regulatory bodies to support smooth clearance processes
- Verify that all import-related paperwork is complete and submitted on time to prevent delays
- Respond quickly to disruptions in transit or customs, resolving issues to maintain delivery timelines
- Apply trade agreement guidelines to determine regional content values and issue correct certifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in foreign trade operations with current knowledge of import/export regulations
- Strong analytical skills to assess documentation and identify potential risks or discrepancies
- Experience using SAP, Excel, and Outlook for data management and communication
- Fluency in both English and Turkish, spoken and written
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and external partners
