Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for an Implementation Project Consultant (Remote - US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Implementation Project Consultant to guide new customers through the full implementation lifecycle of a robust platform. In this remote role, you will serve as the central point of coordination, collaborating across operations, IT, and client services to align solutions with business needs from kickoff to deployment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding projects, from scoping to deployment, aligning client expectations with deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation progress, training, and documentation handover.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Automation, Legal, Sales) to ensure timely and accurate platform setup.
  • Monitor implementation milestones and communicate status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues, assist with platform navigation, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Analyze client feedback and project outcomes to drive continuous improvement in implementation practices.
  • Support additional administrative or project-based duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6 years of experience in client services, enterprise onboarding, project management, or software implementations.
  • At least 3 years in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to clearly explain technical processes to various audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM or onboarding platforms.
  • Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, CPM) and experience in immigration/global mobility.
