Keyloop is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Aftersales to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing our aftersales services for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end implementation of aftersales software solutions for automotive clients.
Configure the system according to client-specific business processes and requirements.
Guide clients through training, data migration, and go-live processes.
Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
Document processes and provide clear communication to both clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or a related client-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of aftersales automotive processes (e.g., service, parts, warranty).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
