Keyloop is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Aftersales to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing our aftersales services for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of aftersales software solutions for automotive clients.
- Configure the system according to client-specific business processes and requirements.
- Guide clients through training, data migration, and go-live processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
- Document processes and provide clear communication to both clients and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of aftersales automotive processes (e.g., service, parts, warranty).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates located in Denmark.
