- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to convert business objectives into practical technical implementations.
- Practical experience using Jira for task management, workflow design, and project progress tracking.
- In-depth knowledge of User Stories, including drafting, refining, and setting priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile practices to support team collaboration and iterative delivery cycles.
- Proven ability to collect and document comprehensive business requirements ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in producing detailed, high-quality documentation for functional and technical specifications.
- Fluent in both English and Polish, with a minimum proficiency level of B2 in each.
