Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations of office buildings and physical infrastructure
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities
- Respond to facility-related incidents and service requests promptly
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records of service agreements and work orders
- Support space planning and office reconfigurations
- Oversee janitorial and security services
- Track facility supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with move management and employee relocations
- Coordinate building access systems and key distribution
- Conduct regular facility inspections
- Prepare reports on facility performance and expenditures
- Support sustainability initiatives within building operations
- Manage work order tracking systems
- Ensure emergency preparedness and response protocols are in place
- Assist with lease audit documentation
- Coordinate utility service management
- Support special events requiring facility adjustments
- Maintain compliance with fire safety codes
- Facilitate communication between staff and facility vendors
- Track service level agreements with third parties
- Implement cost-saving measures in facility operations
- Assist with capital improvement projects
- Ensure ADA and accessibility standards are upheld
