Lightspeed is looking for an Identity and Access Management Product Manager to be the strategic owner of our IAM capability. You will build and scale a new Product Management function within our IAM Program, acting as the end-to-end owner to ensure our identity platforms remain useful, secure, and integrated as our enterprise ecosystem expands.
What You'll Do
- Foster a useful, sustainable, and business-aligned IAM capability that serves as a long-term service rather than a series of fragmented projects.
- Define and prioritize a living backlog of work dictated by real-world value, risk reduction, and user feedback.
- Act as a central point of contact to align the needs of product users with IAM best practices.
- Establish and communicate standardized expectations for new application integrations to ensure manageability over time.
- Prioritize new feature needs and track their success through defined ROI indicators.
- Update and maintain the normative framework (standards and directives) to ensure IAM expectations are followed enterprise-wide.
- Ensure that 'Build' and 'Run' activities are designed together, allowing for continuous, incremental improvements planned from the start.
- Focus on internalizing critical knowledge within the product team to ensure continuity over time.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IAM (including experience in IGA and PAM) in complex technological environments.
- Expertise in IGA and PAM tools: knowledge of market-leading tools and the functionalities that can be applied to them.
- Product Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing a technical product lifecycle with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Implementation experience: Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring the implementation of GIA and PAM functionalities, and in application integration.
- Collaborative Mindset: A 'Make It Together' approach, helping teams grow and solving challenges with energy and positivity.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to adjust the IAM vision as the corporate ecosystem develops, ensuring the platform remains concrete and usage-based.
- Analytical Rigor: A commitment to being 'Data Driven,' choosing analysis over anecdotes and asking hard questions to make informed decisions.
- Strategic Impact: Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps and long-term solutions.
