IDEA Public Schools is looking for an Alumni Relationship Coordinator (Intern) to join our National To & Through College Team. In this part-time role, you will build relationships with a portfolio of IDEA alumni and help coordinate communication and coaching for your assigned alumni success coach.

What You'll Do

Use emails, texts, and calls to address alumni support needs and assess retention and completion risks.
Schedule alumni coaching sessions (phone, in-person, or virtual), manage Salesforce updates, and oversee calendar invites.
Build and maintain relationships with new and returning alumni, addressing undergraduate challenges with tailored solutions.
Drive undergraduate progress tracking through calls, surveys, texts, and partner data, focusing on FAFSA, semester registration, and regional programs.
Participate in onboarding, including Alumni Relationship Coordinator Academy, monthly professional development, weekly KPI reviews, and peer best practice sharing.
Check in with your direct manager daily.
Email, text, and call IDEA alumni directly with tailored pitches to gather performance knowledge and communicate the value of alumni success coaching.
Lead the coordination of calendaring and pre-check-in logistics in Salesforce.
Collaborate with peer coordinators to drive KPI success for Dial Blitz Days, Text Blitz Days, Email Blitz Days, and event attendance campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Must be an IDEA Public Schools graduate.
Enrolled in an AA or BA program with a minimum of 30 credit hours.
0-1 years of professional experience as an undergraduate student, including internships or part-time roles.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce and/or relationship management.
Experience with Excel to read, analyze, and inform next steps.
Experience setting and achieving ambitious goals, personally and professionally.
Experience with higher education processes, including financial aid, student services, and academic advising.
