iCodde is hiring an Asesor de ventas boutique to provide exceptional, personalized service and sales expertise in our boutique environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, personalized customer consultations and sales guidance.
- Build strong client relationships through expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain a deep understanding of boutique products and collections.
- Contribute to maintaining a premium, welcoming in-store atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales advisor, client advisor, or similar role in a boutique, luxury retail, or high-end service environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client service.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Mode
This position is onsite at our location in León, Guanajuato.
