Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for an Icelandic Speaking Customer Agent to provide high-quality support for a leading online streaming service. You will be the primary point of contact for Icelandic-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and maximize their experience with the platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support in Icelandic via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription plans, content access, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems effectively, striving for high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on content offerings, platform features, and customer service best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent proficiency in Icelandic.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience in a customer-facing support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and communicate clearly across different channels.
Work Mode
This is a local, in-country position based in Greece. You will be expected to work from our designated office location.
