Kyndryl is hiring an IA Engineer/Data Scientist

Kyndryl is looking for an IA Engineer / Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI models. You will contribute to multi-cloud projects covering the full data lifecycle, working with a variety of clients and technologies within the cloud ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models.
• Contribute to multi-cloud projects covering the full data lifecycle.
• Work in a multi-client environment using cloud technologies.
• Participate in technical team leadership.
• Process and analyze structured and unstructured data, including data queries, ingestion, treatment, exploitation, and transformation.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying models.
• Familiarity with the complete lifecycle of an AI model.
• Deep understanding of AI fundamentals, including classical models (random forest, XGBoost), advanced Deep Learning models, and Generative AI knowledge.
• High-level programming in Python with a focus on clean code, documentation, and procedural efficiency.
• SQL proficiency.
• Experience working in Cloud environments and using their capabilities (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Efficient handling of ML libraries like Scikit-learn, Tensorflow / Pytorch / Keras.
• Understanding of social coding and integrated development environments, e.g., GitHub and Visual Studio.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of the Palantir Foundry platform.
