About the Role
The position involves delivering applied behavior analysis services with a balanced schedule between remote planning and direct in-person client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate client behavioral needs
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise registered behavior technicians during service delivery
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide training to parents and support staff
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Implement data-driven decision-making in treatment
- Lead family meetings to discuss client goals
- Support program development for behavior reduction
- Oversee skill acquisition programming
- Ensure fidelity in intervention implementation
- Respond to client behavioral emergencies when necessary
- Coordinate care with external providers
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Adhere to BACB guidelines and state regulations
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Nice to Have
- Three or more years of clinical ABA experience
- Experience in school-based settings

- Bilingual abilities in commonly spoken community languages
