TensorOps is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings, with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings.
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide weekly in-person supervision.
- Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships during in-person time.

- Salary: $83,000–$93,000 base salary

This is a hybrid role with a 50% remote / 50% in-person split. The position is based in Arizona, United States.
