ENGIE is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician

ENGIE is looking for a mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC installations on tertiary and residential/community sites in the Annemasse (74) area. You will play a key role in ensuring system performance, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety and contractual commitments.

What You'll Do

• Conduct operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC installations.
• Perform interventions on heat production equipment (main boiler room and substations).
• Perform interventions on ventilation and air treatment equipment (air handling units, VMC).
• Monitor the energy performance of installations, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions for any deviations.
• Prepare quotes for technical upgrades of installations.
• Ensure quality client follow-up and write detailed reports to document all interventions.
• Provide regular reporting to your manager using the CMMS.
• Adhere to all contractual, regulatory, and safety commitments.

What We're Looking For

• A diploma in Energy Maintenance / HVAC Engineering / Electrotechnics, or a Professional Title following a career change.
• Strong skills in heating systems maintenance.
• Possession of required electrical certifications (BR, B2V, BC).
• Proficiency with CMMS tools and IT equipment (tablets).
• A good team spirit and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong autonomy and respect for procedures.

Nice to Have

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role within energy maintenance.

Team & Environment

You will work in a mobile role, traveling to various sites, and will integrate with the existing local teams. You will report directly to a Manager.

• Annual gross salary of €35,000 - €41,000, including a 13th month and holiday bonus.
