What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end career development cycles, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up of evaluation committees
- Manage the annual bonus process with precision, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution
- Implement personnel decisions such as promotions, salary adjustments, and development plans
- Act as a reliable advisor to managers on career pathways and employee growth
- Support teams and individuals by clarifying procedures, criteria, and development options
- Monitor timelines and maintain accuracy across all career-related activities
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and lead initiatives to improve them
- Take independent responsibility for specific focus areas, from planning through to delivery
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least two years of HR experience, with demonstrated responsibility for dedicated areas
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities systematically
- Proactive mindset—able to anticipate needs and take initiative without direction
- Confidence in engaging senior leaders with professionalism and clarity
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and experience with HR systems
