Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Officer to advise management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring an excellent staff experience. What You'll Do
- Advise managers on proper HR policies and procedures.
- Manage succession planning with senior managers.
- Handle confidential employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
- Ensure absence monitoring follows company guidelines.
- Maintain the online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including appropriate immigration checks.
- Assist in determining departmental training requirements.
- Ensure completion of mandatory training for security, fire regulations, and health and safety.
- Assist in organizing team member social events.
- Work with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry.
- Promote and endorse staff benefits.
- Resolve team member and management queries.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Officer or equivalent role.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- CIPD qualification, working towards qualification, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
