Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HubSpot CRM configurations and customizations
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications
- Implement marketing automation workflows and lead management systems
- Customize HubSpot templates and landing pages for campaign execution
- Support sales teams with pipeline and reporting tools in HubSpot
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the HubSpot environment
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead capture and nurturing
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HubSpot instances
- Write and maintain technical documentation for HubSpot setups
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Deploy new features and updates within HubSpot safely
- Assist in migration of data and processes to HubSpot
- Create dashboards and reports for business analytics
- Enforce security and access controls within the platform
- Stay current with HubSpot updates and new capabilities
- Provide training and support to non-technical users
- Optimize forms, email templates, and call-to-action elements
- Work with APIs to synchronize data across systems
- Validate data integrity after integrations or imports
