ScaleStation is looking for a HubSpot Developer to build, customize, and optimize sophisticated HubSpot solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs. You will create advanced automation, custom objects, and API integrations that help our clients scale effectively.

What You'll Do

Build custom HubSpot CMS modules, templates, workflows, and scripts.
Develop API integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.
Implement advanced automation and custom-coded actions within Operations Hub.
Support technical onboarding, migrations, and CRM governance.
Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and deliver technical solutions.
Audit existing HubSpot setups and recommend performance improvements.
Document technical builds and share best practices with the team.

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience as a HubSpot Developer, with strong CMS, automation, and integration skills.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and REST APIs.
Proven experience building and customizing HubSpot solutions in an agency or consultancy environment.
Expertise in HubSpot CMS, Operations Hub, and API integrations.
Strong understanding of automation, reporting, and CRM best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to have a small amount of crossover hours with Sydney, Australia.
You enjoy solving technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
You thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment where initiative and ownership are valued.
