About the Role

Eleos Health is seeking a HSO IND - CE Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will focus on delivering and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, providing high-quality business and software application services to clients, and advising on industry best practices.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations.
  • Create high-quality, sustainable client solutions.
  • Enforce best practices for coding standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges.
  • Meet customer expectations regarding business knowledge, skills, and behavior.
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties formally and informally.
  • Always represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
  • Advise customers proactively on industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms, and views.
  • A good technical background in Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration and Power Platform.
  • Skilled in Plugins, Custom API, JavaScript/Typescript, Power Automate, and Power Apps to extend and enhance Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
  • Understanding of Dataverse security roles, field-level security, and environment governance.
  • Experience with version control systems like GIT, build automation, and release management using Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a proactive approach.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, willingness to take responsibility, and ability to work independently with less supervision.
  • PL-900: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
  • PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing and extending model-driven apps, with exposure to canvas apps.
  • Experience in Third-party Integration and Azure Integrations (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus) and Portals.
  • Experience configuring build and release pipelines using YAML in Azure DevOps.
  • PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect.
