Constructor is looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a backend focus to join our Searchandizing team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the tools used by merchandisers of global e-commerce brands to manage their product discovery experience.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain tools used by merchandisers of global e-commerce brands to manage their product discovery experience.
- Deliver features for the Searchandizing dashboard.
- Improve system stability.
- Scale solutions to better serve merchandisers.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with backend development.
- Hands-on experience with devops tools like AWS-ECS and Cloud Watch.
- Experience launching and operating backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with Flask or similar web frameworks for building APIs.
- Experience owning and deploying full stack services.
- Experience with automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD best practices.
- Familiarity with frontend best coding practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with React is a plus.
- Experience working in remote environments will be a plus.

- Compensation range: $80k–$120k USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results.
