EX Squared is looking for a HRSD Analyst to join our team and take ownership of our ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery implementation. You will be the go-to expert for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our HRSD platform to support global HR processes.
What You'll Do
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules including Employee Service Center, Case and Knowledge Management, and HR workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRSD users, resolving issues and answering configuration questions.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain data integrity, perform regular audits, and ensure system security and compliance.
- Create and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system workflows.
- Ability to configure ServiceNow components including forms, fields, workflows, and business rules.
- Experience with user support, issue resolution, and providing training.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for system maintenance and data integrity.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Argentina, operating within a global team structure.
