Responsibilities
- Serve as the main administrator for the Group's HRIS platform.
- Oversee system configurations, user permissions, roles, and security settings within the HRIS.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and correctness across all HR system modules.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HRIS functionality and usage.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or functional HRIS issues, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
- Support system updates, new feature rollouts, testing cycles, and deployment processes for HRIS.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure HRIS operations comply with local data protection laws, audit standards, and internal policies in Mauritius.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to identify reporting and analytical needs.
- Convert HR and business requirements into precise technical and functional specifications.
- Act as a strategic advisor on HR data governance, reporting frameworks, and analytics methodologies.
- Design, build, and manage interactive Power BI dashboards tailored to organizational reporting needs.
- Develop data models, datasets, and visualizations tracking key HR indicators such as workforce size, attrition, attendance, hiring, training, and performance.
- Ensure all dashboards meet standards for accuracy, ease of use, and compliance with security protocols.
- Verify and align HRIS data with reporting outputs to guarantee trustworthy insights.
- Deliver continuous support and updates for existing HR reports and dashboards.
- Monitor performance, data refresh schedules, and user engagement for Power BI solutions.
- Resolve data discrepancies and enhance dashboard features for better usability.
- Respond to unplanned requests for HR data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR Project Manager to execute HR initiatives across the Group.
- Support project planning, requirement collection, implementation, tracking, and documentation.
- Generate project reports, progress dashboards, and status summaries as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery of project goals.
