Reckitt is hiring an HRBP Lead to lead the evolution of its GCC into a future-ready Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Hyderabad. You will act as the architect and activator of the GBS people and culture plan, shaping the local vision and designing agile structures.
What You'll Do
- Act as the architect and activator of the GBS people and culture plan in the Hyderabad Hub.
- Shape the local GBS vision with India & global leadership for the Hyderabad Hub.
- Design agile org structures and scalable workflows & processes for GBS, Hyderabad.
- Embed a performance-driven, ownership-based culture.
- Lead execution of the GBS talent strategy end-to-end (branding, hiring, onboarding, capability building, retention).
- Ensure HR pillars (TA, OD, C&B, DEI, Learning, Engagement) are GBS-ready for Hyderabad.
- Drive change management and communication at speed.
- Create feedback loops and KPIs for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 9 years of proven track record of successful HR business partnering on a global scale.
- Strong business acumen (in GBS preferred) coupled with an ability to translate business challenges into HR initiatives.
- Experience in designing, delivering & driving creation of a business from scratch in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, matched with experience in influencing senior leadership.
- Strategic outlook and problem-solving skills focused on organisational efficacy.
- Rich experience in leading change management, evolving talent, and overseeing HR project management.
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity within a global workplace.
- Proven demonstration in learning agility & skills mastery in HR Business partnering with exposure to HR COE projects.
- Proven experience in delivering value to the business through savings/ transformation projects impacting top-line or bottom-line.
- Experience in driving design and execution through data backed research & analytics to demonstrate impact.
