TensorOps is hiring an HRBP Director, Product Management. This role partners directly with senior leaders shaping the Product Management organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives in product development environments and is energized by applying organizational effectiveness practices to ensure business success.
What You'll Do
- Shape the future of the Product Management organization by crafting and delivering a bold talent strategy.
- Spot opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery efforts.
- Partner with executive clients to create durable, pro-active talent strategies.
- Design and deploy high-impact talent programs.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure clients extract maximum value from enterprise programs.
- Supercharge work by leveraging AI tools to move faster and create space for deeper strategic work.
What We're Looking For
- 14+ years of HRBP experience.
- Deep knowledge of product development organizations, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-return on investment, business-first people programs.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results.
Nice to Have
- Experience partnering with internal organizational effectiveness consultants and/or human capital management strategy firms.
- Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies.

Compensation range: $142,800-$178,500 CAD.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.
