TE Connectivity is hiring an HR Trainer to join our HR Solutions team. In this role, you will implement and drive company-wide training programs and initiatives. What You'll Do
- Partner with plant leadership and functional managers to identify competency gaps.
- Support annual training plan development aligned with business strategy.
- Analyze performance data and Training KPIs to determine action plan.
- Develop training materials including presentations, facilitator guides, and SOP-based modules.
- Customize global training content to local plant needs.
- Ensure training content reflects TE policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Conduct soft skills and HR policy trainings.
- Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Track training completion rates and compliance metrics.
- Prepare training reports and dashboards.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance indicators.
- Propose improvements based on evaluation results.
- Support audits related to training documentation and compliance.
