About the Role As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record sector, you'll be a strategic business partner, not merely a service provider. You'll operate at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management—advising clients on intricate HR matters primarily focused on Switzerland and supporting additional EMEA countries. You'll manage the complete employee lifecycle, serve as a trusted in-country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract What You Will Do • Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations ensuring compliant employee experiences • Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Handle sensitive cases, attend meetings, draft legally sound documentation • Partner Management: Build/manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR legal advisors • International HR & Payroll Consultation: First point of contact for client queries regarding benefits, payroll, compliance, workforce planning • In-Country Expertise: Stay current on Swiss labor laws and cultural nuances to provide actionable guidance • Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation strategies • Performance & Compensation Support: Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans and salary adjustments • Immigration & Mobility: Serve as primary contact for employee immigration/mobility needs • Workload Transition & Knowledge Transfer: Identify delegable tasks, document processes, ensure efficient handovers • Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes • Global Initiatives & Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to standardize and enhance HR practices globally What We Are Looking For • 5+ years of HR experience, EoR Industry knowledge preferred • Fluent French and English required • Deep expertise in Swiss labor laws and comprehensive EMEA employment regulations • Experience supporting complex employee relations • Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills • Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, collaboration tools Global Made Possible.
