About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate HR guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers
- Ensure HR data accuracy in HR systems and payroll coordination
- Assist in implementing and rolling out HR initiatives globally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and local regulations
- Collaborate with international teams to standardize HR practices
- Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery
- Support investigations into employee relations issues
- Manage documentation for HR processes and audits
- Facilitate training sessions on HR tools and policies
- Monitor service level agreements for HR operations
- Coordinate with external vendors and legal advisors when needed
- Support change management efforts across departments
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all HR matters
- Participate in HR projects with cross-functional teams
- Track and report on key HR metrics and service performance
- Promote a positive employee experience through timely responses
- Advise managers on performance management processes
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within HR frameworks
- Help maintain employee records in compliance with local laws
- Contribute to the development of HR communication materials
- Evaluate feedback to improve HR service quality
- Assist in preparing materials for executive HR reporting
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across locations
