Labcorp is hiring a HR People Services Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will provide essential HR services support, resolving complex inquiries and helping to execute key human resources activities and processes. You'll be part of our mission to accelerate healthcare breakthroughs while working fully remote from Poland.
What You'll Do
- Resolve complex HR inquiries from employees through case management, chat, and appointment bookings.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery, meeting performance and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Drive completion of complex, time-sensitive activities to meet deadlines.
- Provide policy guidance and advanced assistance on HR process navigation.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and partner with COEs and stakeholders on knowledge transfer and process optimization projects.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members, create/maintain training content, facilitate training sessions, and support onboarding for new People Services team members.
- Drive compliance with global policy and labor laws, documentation standards, and process and data audits.
- Identify and solution for trends or inefficiencies and contribute to service enhancement projects.
- Support global HR Projects.
- Provide other HR support as needed, including employment verifications and offboarding tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong command of both English and Dutch languages, written and verbal.
- Advanced issue resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and tools, including Workday and ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field with at least a 2-year degree in HR or a relevant field.
- OR 3+ years of experience within Human Resources or a related field with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
