Versicherung | Provinzial is looking for a meticulous HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for accurate payroll processing, data integrity, and serving as the expert point of contact for payroll-related questions.

What You'll Do

Ensure correct and timely payroll processing for all employees.
Maintain master and transaction data and control payroll results.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on all payroll-related questions.
Process time management topics and review travel expense reports.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our payroll and HR processes.
Participate in projects and drive the technical development of our payroll systems.
Ensure efficient cooperation between the specialist department and IT.

What We're Looking For

A completed commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training and experience in independent payroll processing.
Very good knowledge of German wage tax, social security, and collective bargaining law.
Confidence in using MS Office products, especially Excel.
Solid knowledge of SAP-HR and Fiori.
Technical understanding and routine in customizing payroll systems (SAP) to company-specific requirements.
Experience in coordinating data processing processes.
Pronounced service and solution orientation combined with punctuality and appropriate work organization.
A high degree of personal responsibility and independence in carrying out tasks.
Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
