HR Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of human resources operations across the organization. The specialist supports the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing offboarding procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR business partners to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for incoming employees.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, verifying compliance with applicable legal and internal requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HRIS, with strict attention to data confidentiality and system integrity.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and generating required reports.
  • Engage in testing and validation during system updates or process transitions to ensure downstream accuracy.
  • Collect and assess HR data from global locations to inform process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and interpret key HR metrics to guide decision-making and enhance departmental effectiveness.
  • Manage dashboards and tracking tools to monitor data trends and operational performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of employee files to confirm compliance and proper documentation practices.
  • Help create and update Standard Operating Procedures and other HR resources to promote consistency and clarity.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for HRIS configuration, user experience, and system functionality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with day-to-day HR tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional efforts, including open enrollment, compensation cycles, and policy implementations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a related function, including at least one year working directly with an HRIS platform for data management and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—is essential, along with strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration across teams.

Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or ADP Lyric is highly valued. Prior work in a global or multinational environment is a plus.

Technical Environment

The role operates within an HRIS-driven ecosystem, utilizing platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand and ADP Lyric, alongside standard Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
