About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee relocation logistics for new and transferred staff
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and HR databases
- Support onboarding processes for incoming employees
- Process employment documentation in compliance with regulations
- Assist with visa and work permit applications
- Serve as a point of contact for relocation-related inquiries
- Track relocation expenses and manage reimbursement workflows
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems
- Collaborate with external relocation vendors
- Monitor compliance with internal HR policies
- Prepare reports on relocation metrics and HR operations
- Facilitate communication between employees and HR teams
- Organize orientation materials for new hires
- Support policy implementation related to global mobility
- Respond to employee questions about relocation benefits
- Coordinate housing and temporary accommodation arrangements
- Assist with tax briefing and compliance documentation
- Manage case files for ongoing relocation assignments
