About the Role

Epiroc is looking for an HR Manager to partner with the General Manager of our Customer Center (CC) in China and the CC management teams. You will communicate, develop, and execute HR strategies that foster a customer-centric, high-performing, compliant, inclusive, and engaging culture essential for our business growth and sustainable development.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing expert HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and priorities.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions for talent and organizational challenges.
  • Develop and implement a talent strategy to enhance the team's core competitiveness and build talent advantages.
  • Collaborate with the ESEA Regional Center of Excellence to foster a “One HR” approach and manage end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Drive the talent review and succession planning process to build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Implement development programs and career opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and support internal mobility.
  • Champion the yearly Performance and Development Talk cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Address low performance effectively while recognizing and rewarding high performers.
  • Foster a positive work environment and a culture of high engagement, safety, and integrity.
  • Partner with the ESEA Regional Center of Excellence team to manage local compensation structures, annual salary reviews, and VC target setting.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices in line with company policy and market data.
  • Maintain and update local HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring fairness and compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR partner, ideally in a multinational industrial or B2B environment.
  • Expertise in translating business objectives into effective HR strategies in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation structures, annual review processes, and market benchmarking.
  • Experience maintaining HR policies, conducting investigations, and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with senior leaders and regional HR teams.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture.

Team & Environment

You will partner directly with the GM of the Customer Center in China and the CC management teams. The role requires close collaboration with the East & Southeast Asia Regional Center of Excellence and divisional HR teams.
