British American Tobacco (BAT) is seeking an HR Intern for its InternUP program in Malang. This 6-month internship is a dynamic learning experience designed to transform your potential, develop key skills, and build a foundation for future leadership within our evolving global multi-category business.
What You'll Do
- Lead the deployment of the Malang World-Class Factory Employee Value Proposition (EVP), covering social media content planning, performance analytics, and employee advocacy programs.
- Support community management initiatives as part of the EVP project.
- Lead the deployment of an integrated communication system for the Malang Factory, including comms cycle planning and managing 360-degree communication channels.
- Work closely with factory communication champions to execute plans.
- Act as the HR representative on the Factory Wellbeing drive team.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (final-year students are welcome). Candidates from other majors are also encouraged to apply.
- A maximum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Availability for a full-time 6-month internship.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- A data-driven approach with good analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven analysis capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Copywriting skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe.
