Ryder Integrated Logistics is looking for an HR Contact Center Representative I to serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. In this remote role, you will triage and resolve issues through daily inbound calls and chats, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate support.
What You'll Do
- Resolve employee inquiries and issues by utilizing contact center procedures, policy manuals, and knowledge management systems.
- Document all employee inquiries and issues in the contact center case management application.
- Forward employee inquiries to Functional Specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required.
- Notify the appropriate team member when updates to the knowledgebase are needed.
- Identify unusual calling events or frequent employee issues and suggest process, procedure, and training improvements.
- Suggest methods to update, simplify, or enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Associates degree or equivalent level of Bachelor education in HR or a related field.
- One (1) year or more of experience in HR, Call Center, or a related field.
- One (1) year or more of experience with Case management system(s).
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

You may escalate questions and/or concerns to Functional Specialists and will work with the Contact Center Supervisor or Operations Manager.
