About the Role

CXG is seeking an HR Business Partner (Operational HR) to serve as the primary HR contact for our teams in France and Tunisia. You will take full ownership of the employee lifecycle, master local compliance, and act as a trusted partner to managers, blending operational discipline with a human-centered approach.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage all local compliance and administration, including contracts, payroll coordination, attestations, leave tracking, CSE election and management, and employer obligations.
  • Provide daily HR business partnering support to managers, coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee issues.
  • Handle work permit processes in France.
  • Care for remote team members, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • Contribute to and execute HR projects to improve the people experience, from engagement initiatives to policy design.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attestations, certificates, and leave records.
  • Coordinate timely and proper enrollment of employees for benefits like medical insurance.
  • Collaborate on the training roadmap and support its deployment.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Paris office, including vendor coordination and office logistics.

Team & Environment

You will work within a global HR team spanning the UAE, Lebanon, and China, reporting to the Chief People Officer based in Dubai.
