Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for managers on HR-related topics, supporting them in people management, organizational topics, and employee-related matters.
- Supporting in day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor laws in all processes, documentation, and procedures.
- Liaise with Country HR shared-service teams in various countries to align on processes and support the implementation of global and regional HR strategies
- Lead and support the execution of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes trust, open communication, and feedback in alignment with the company’s values.
- Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team collaboration, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an international and multicultural setting is essential.
