Capgemini is looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a critical interface for HR-related escalations and ensure business performance aligns with organizational objectives. You will help execute a strategic talent agenda and foster a culture that values development and inclusion.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary interface for HR-related escalations for people managers.
  • Ensure quality business performance and execute the talent agenda aligned to organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the strategic agenda and support Sr. HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (CoCs) to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Collaborate with CoCs to ensure high-quality integrated solution delivery.
  • Align with Sr. HRBPs to provide support on business restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with CoCs to monitor the implementation of the learning framework and identify upskilling opportunities.
  • Support facilitation of talent management messaging and milestones for employees.
  • Guide people managers and employees throughout the performance review and promotion process.
  • Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, career development, and counseling.
  • Pull metrics and analyze trends to assess the health of the business.
  • Support Sr. HRBPs in developing solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Support the roll-out and communication of Future of Work (FOW) initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to people managers on new and existing initiatives.
  • Manage HR activities, including employee documentation and compliance with employment law.
  • Collaborate with workplace solutions teams to ensure local labor laws are followed.
