INFINITY GROUP is looking for an HR Advisor to join our People and Culture team. You will provide professional HR support and guidance across the business, contributing to a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide pragmatic, legally compliant HR advice to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations cases, including performance, conduct, and absence
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the People and Culture function
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar generalist role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to build credible relationships and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Work Mode
This is a full-time position offering hybrid or fully remote work flexibility. Our office is located in Tunbridge Wells.
