Responsibilities
- Supports account managers with properties ranging from 50 to 30,000 rooms.
- Responds to inquiries from clients and hotels via email, phone, and fax.
- Assists the Housing Correspondence Coordinator with managing incoming show-related emails.
- Informs account managers of emerging show patterns or website issues.
- Keeps updated records of show details and serves as a point of contact with customer service.
- Inputs contracted hotel data into the database system.
- Provides coverage during team member absences to ensure continuity.
- Helps manage the hotel reporting workflow.
- Communicates with hotels to collect rooming lists.
- Verifies the accuracy of submitted rooming lists.
- Coordinates with hotels to gather final occupancy figures, post-event audits, and related documentation.
- Archives historical data and compiles comprehensive pick-up summaries across all hotels.
- Completes data entry tasks and other assigned duties.

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of two years in meetings, conferences, hotel operations, or a related area preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
