SPARGO, Inc is seeking a Housing Coordinator to support the delivery of housing services across multiple client accounts. This role ensures accurate, efficient, and customer-focused operations while working collaboratively within our Housing team.
What You'll Do
- Assist Account Managers on accounts ranging from 50 rooms to 30,000 rooms.
- Respond to questions from customers and hotels via email, telephone, and fax.
- Back up the Housing Correspondence Coordinator with managing incoming show email.
- Alert Account Managers of general show trends and website-related issues.
- Maintain files of pertinent show information as provided by Housing Account Managers and act as a liaison with SPARGO Customer Service.
- Enter contracted hotel information into the Database Management System.
- Provide back up show coverage during staff absences.
- Assist with the hotel report process.
- Coordinate with hotels to obtain rooming lists.
- Check hotel rooming lists for accuracy.
- Coordinate with hotels to obtain final pick-up numbers, post-show audit results, and other hotel related items.
- Maintain historical files for all shows, creating a final all-hotel, pick-up report.
- Perform data entry and other duties as assigned.

- 2+ years meeting or event housing experience.
