As a Housekeeping Utility onboard cruise vessels sailing through Turkey, Egypt, and Greece, you play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests. Your responsibilities include supporting daily housekeeping functions, following strict sanitation protocols, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Deliver consistent guest service in line with established quality benchmarks.
- Support luggage handling during embarkation and disembarkation, reporting any damaged or missing items to management.
- Maintain clear communication with the Chief Housekeeper and coordinate with deck, technical, and hotel departments.
- Participate in safety drills, training sessions, and departmental meetings to support efficient operations.
- Follow SHIP-SAN guidelines for waste management and sanitation practices.
- Help uphold emergency procedures to protect guest and crew safety.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluent in Russian; intermediate or higher English proficiency depending on role level.
- Eligible candidates are from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan.
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer’s identity document required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in housekeeping on a cruise ship or upscale hotel.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
