Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a meticulous and guest-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this critical overnight role, you will ensure the accuracy of our hotel's financial records while providing exceptional service to our guests during the late-night and early-morning hours.
What You'll Do
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Perform security checks throughout the hotel.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in hotel front desk or accounting.
